Anki cards upload with new version

Hello

the following error message pops up when I try to import my (newly updated) anki collection with the latest software from Anki. 

Any advice? Thanks for your help

Hi Nicolas,

The file format of this new Anki version seems to be completely
different, using zstd compression and moving to a binary file format
as opposed to json. Fixing this is not a matter of a quick patch, but
rather of extensive reverse engineering. So, I'm afraid this is not
something that will happen anytime soon, sorry...

Thanks for looking into that. I tried converting the deck into different file formats through the app such as txt and so forth, but that also did not work.

What has the community done about it? How are they still using anki?
