Mnemosyne Portable cannot be started

today i wanted to open Mnemosyne but i saw an unexpected program
what can i do with this problem

Delete 'config' in your Mnemosyne data directory (typically a hidden
directory C:\users\snowleopard\Application
Data\Roaming\Mnemosyne\config)
