Hi,

I obtained this error message on trying to start up the program.

An unexpected error has occured. Please forward the following info to the developers:

Could anyone please help as I would hate to lose all my data.

It could indeed be that you have disk corruption. If you upgrade to the 2.3 prerelease, you should get a window where you can choose which database to open instead, and then you can try opening a backup.
