Yes. Mnemogogo/dodo does not properly support multiple tags (this is a
new feature of Mnemosyne 2.x). One is chosen arbitrarily during the
export process.

That is one possibility but it is a bit of a pain.

Would it help if all of the tags were concatenated together (with a
separator character) during export?

The latest version of Mnemogogo (2.0.6;
http://mnemosyne-proj.org/plugins/mnemogogo) exports the first tag in
alphabetical order.

As usual, please import before updating.
