Regarding Mnemosyne error syncing

My version is 2.4 and I am error this message. PFA

Hi,

 

It seems there’s a timeout occurring. Do you see anything on the server when you’re connecting, like a dialog boxes indicating that a sync is in progress?

 

Otherwise, there might be some firewall / connection issues…

Hi Peter

Same thing happens to me.
The server does not show any message. There in interaction.
Also, it'not a firewall problem.
I will be grateful for any help

First make sure both the desktop and the phone are running the latest version.

What exactly do you mean by 'There in interaction'?
