mnemosyne on surface RT 8.1

I have a windows surface rt 8.1; how can I install mnemosyne there?

Hi,

There is no native RT client (and there probably never will be), but
if you run the prerelease of Mnemosyne 2.3 on your desktop, there is a
setting where you can start a webserver on your desktop, and then you
can access that webserver through your browser on your RT machine.
