INDUSTRIAL-INSTITUTIONAL SALES CAREER OPPORTUNITY

Entry level sales position with first year earning potential $35,000 - $48,000, grow from there.

This entry-level opportunity can lead to Key Client Executive, Sales Manager Trainee, MRO Product Specialist, MRO Consultant or Veteran Salesrep positions.

Promotion from within, we provide the training, 2 year paid on-the-job training program.

Fringe benefits include major medical, profit sharing, bonus plan.

PAI is a distributor of maintenance engineered products to industrial, institutional and fleet accounts.
Our professional company sales reps provide point-of-contact sales support to our customers.

Qualifications

1. Clear and effective oral and written communications skills.
2. Self-motivated, positive, neat appearing.
3. History of success or intense desire to sell professionally with minimal supervision.
4. College degree and/or business-related experience.
5. Must have acceptable, reliable vehicle available for full-time use.

Responsibilities

1. Establishment, growth, and maintenance of the number and quality of PAI accounts in the territory.
2. Pre-plan sales and service activity on a daily, weekly and monthly basis from your Virtual Office in the home.
3. Make product presentations and demonstrations as a part of the PAI training program.
4. Submit timely call reports and orders.
5. Maintain accurate account and prospecting records.
6. Clean, organize and maintain customer bins and storage units.
7. Presentation or demonstration of products on every sales call.
8. Maintain and collect on accounts.
9. Be available to attend weekend and evening sales and product training seminars.
