Job Title: Manager of Membership Retention
Job Description:
Responsible for maximizing membership profitability by achieving maximum
customer retention. Create and execute direct marketing strategies to improve
membership retention. Manage all aspects of a $50+M P & L. Ensure reporting
of promotion and performance parameters and effective development of systems
resources.
Required:
Minimum of a BA in Marketing/Business/Finance. Must have Budget and P &
L experience. Five years overall experience with three years in Supervisory/Management.
Proficient in Word & Excel
Location: MN
Duration: Direct Placement
Pay Rate: $50-70K with Bonus of 20%
