Hybrid Design Engineer
Description: Provides hybrid circuit design expertise
to product
development teams. This position is responsible for the mechanical,

electrical, and thermal design of all hybrid circuits.

Required:
Requirements: Two yr. min. exp. w/hybrid circuit design/dev. Knowledge
of
hardware and software tools used in tech design layout/checking/testing
of
custom hybrid circuits. Exp. w/substrate tech, metals used in hybrid

circuits, low-temp co-fire design tech, parasitic considerations w/hybrid

circuits, and high voltage components/packaging a plus.

Location: St. Paul MN
Duration: Direct Placement
Pay Rate: Open
