MN-GRIN Members,

First, we want to thank those that participated online on our meeting today “Minnesota State Archives & Preserving Government Records with Historical Value” that was presented by Charlie Rodgers and Perry Schussler. We were able to record the meeting and will try and post that on our website along with the powerpoint presentation in the next few days.

Please let us know if you have any questions or issues. You may need to request access to our file library if you do not currently have access.

Second, we are going to change it up just a bit. Our November 6, 2024 meeting will be held at the end of October. We are pleased to invite you to our upcoming meeting on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at 9:00 a.m.

We have finally been able to make a reservation to get a tour of the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA).

  • The tour is about 2-1/2 hours.
  • You must have a photo ID for check in.
  • Space is limited to fifteen (15) people.
  • You must pre-register with Charles Stech via email at Charle...@minneapolismn.gov to reserve your spot.

DATE:  Wednesday, October 30, 2024

TIME:  9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

SUBJECT:  Tour of the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA).

LOCATION:  1430 Maryland Ave E – St Paul, MN 55106

There is free parking. If the lot is full, street parking is available. They do have elevators and the tour will start in their auditorium. Any questions, please contact Charles Stech.
