Speaker Bios:
Ellen Jaquette, JD, MA
Ellen Jaquette is a Senior Policy Analyst for the Data Practices Office at the Minnesota Department of Administration. She holds both a J.D. and M.A. from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and previously served as a librarian in academic law libraries as well as the Minnesota Historical Society and Minnesota State Law Library before joining the Department of Administration in 2021.
Taya Moxley-Goldsmith, JD
Taya Moxley-Goldsmith is the Director of the Data Practices Office at the Minnesota Department of Administration. Prior to joining the Department in 2008, Ms. Moxley-Goldsmith was employed as a Senior Attorney Editor at Thomson-Reuters and a Staff Attorney at the National Center for Prosecution of Child Abuse.
