MN-GRIN October Meeting (tentative)

Sorry for the delay in getting information about our October meeting distributed.
We are waiting for details and have decided to list the meeting as tentative. We hope to receive confirmation and specifics from our speaker by Monday. Otherwise, we will try for later in the month.
Our topic for October will be an Introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI). We have decided to try something different and will be holding meetings as a Lunch n Learn over Microsoft Teams from Noon to 1:00 p.m.
We need your help.
We are always looking for ideas on topics to present and people to present. You wouldn’t believe how much work is involved in getting meetings and speakers confirmed.
· Do you have an idea for a topic?
· Would you like to present a topic at a future meeting? We are looking for all kinds of topics in the IG world.
· Is there a project you are currently working on that you are excited to share? Do you know someone who can speak to a topic who would be happy to talk for free, (we don’t charge dues) that you’d like us to check into for an upcoming meeting?
· We have had vendors present on a topic in the past if they don’t spend more than a minute or two plugging “their” brand. Do you have suggestions on a vendor/topic?
Would you like to join our Coordinating Committee? We are always looking for help in planning our programming each year and contacting speakers. If so, please let one of us know.

I hope you are doing well. Thanks for the update.
Will the MNGRIN meeting in October be recorded? I have a conflict for the meeting date of 10/07. The topic is timely and it would be great to have the opportunity to hear the presentation even if recorded.
I presume when the date is locked in place that another message would be sent with a link to the meeting, correct?
