I am planning to plant a fox near the meeting site transmitting my call KD0JXE on 145.63 mhz.

I will get it going about 30 minutes before the meeting (12.30) and take it down after the meeting.  It will NOT be well hidden.  So come early and bring your 2 meter handhelds and find the fox before the meeting.

Yes, I will plant the FOX ahead of the next meeting.

However, I have been disappointed at how little interest there seems to be.

It seems like these guys do not like to go outside.

I have 2 Bao Fengs that I will try to remember to bring.. If I can find my info, I will have them setup for Mike's frequency. Then I can use one and the other will be available 

If not there will be TWO available for others :)

If you have nothing else you can hold your HT cpse to your body and turn around and when the signal is the weakest your back is facing the source.
