Here's a short vid about using a scope, a battery, and a resistor to make a TDR and measure coax length - or if you know the length, calculate the velocity factor.

I did not get the URL for the video you mentioned.

I have a Rig Expert 55 zoom antenna analyzer that does all that stuff.

It has been a couple years since I did any of that stuff, but the instructions were in the meter's help screens.
