Short video on decoupling for high frequencies

This is a 13 minute video and the guy is discussing some interesting things about decoupling power supplies that are somewhat at odds with the general conventions. It SEEMS to make a lot of sense and he shows examples. 

It is a come on for his electronic design course, but he doesn't push that too hard and he has this vid and a few others about other things that work differently under certain conditions.
