Topic: "How do you know you're delivering value and the changes you're making are having the impacts and outcomes you're looking for?"
This discussion will reference concepts from a number of authors and challenge us to think about how we're measuring value, impacts, and outcomes today.
If you're not using quantitative methods to measure these concepts yet, this session will show some examples of where you can start.
If you are using quantitative methods, please come prepared
to share your stories.
Kevin Burns will present and lead the discussion.
Kevin has led software product discovery and implementations for 20+ years. Kevin enjoys facilitating fast product learning cycles using collaborative charters, personas, story mapping, and iterative delivery.
He also enjoys teaching lean and agile practice adoption at all levels of the organization.
If planning to come please indicate so on Doodle https://doodle.com/poll/yn26cfsvacx5m6qe (note - it is not necessary to sign up to attend … just looking for an attendance estimate).
