This session will explore the “Why,” the “What” and the “How” of inculcating agility in the leadership, management and operations of an organization of any kind, any size, or any station in a larger hierarchy. 

 

Jim Ruprecht will present and lead the discussion. 

Jim is Co-Founder & Principal Consultant at agilityIRL where he educates, coaches and consults to motivated leaders at all levels in matters of organizational leadership and leading cultural change in order to achieve organizational agility.
