အိႏိၵယႏိုင္ငံ မိုးေလဝသဌာနမွ အေနာက္ဘဂၤလားျပည္နယ္ႏွင့္ ဆက္စပ္လွ်က္ရွိသည့္ ဘဂၤလားေဒ့ရွ္ ကမ္းရိုးတန္းအား ေလဖိအားနည္းရပ္ဝန္း (94B) ျဖတ္ေက်ာ္ဝင္ေရာက္မည့္ သတိေပးခ်က္အား ေအာက္ပါအတိုင္း ထုတ္ျပန္ထားပါသည္။
ေလဖိအားနည္းရပ္ဝန္းသည္ ေျမာက္-အေနာက္ေျမာက္ဘက္သို႕ ဆက္လက္ ေရြ႕လ်ားၿပီး ေမလ ၂၉ ရက္ – အိႏိၵယႏိုင္ငံ စံေတာ္ခ်ိန္ ည ၇ နာရီမွ ၈ နာရီ (ျမန္မာစံေတာ္ခ်ိန္ ည ၈ နာရီမွ ၉ နာရီ) တြင္ ကမ္းေျခကို စတင္၍ ျဖတ္ေက်ာ္ဝင္ေရာက္မည္ ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း၊ ေလဖိအားနည္းရပ္ဝန္း၏ ဗဟိုသည္ 2030 IST (ျမန္မာစံေတာ္ခ်ိန္ ည ၉ နာရီခြဲ)တြင္ Canning ၿမိဳ႕ အနီးမွ ျဖတ္ေက်ာ္မည္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း၊ အေနာက္ – အေနာက္ေျမာက္ဘက္သို႕ ဆက္လက္ေရြ႕လ်ားၿပီး ေနာက္ ၁၂ နာရီအတြင္း အားေပ်ာ့ပ်က္ျပယ္သြားမည္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း၊ ေနာက္ ၃၆ နာရီအထိ အေနာက္ဘဂၤလားျပည္နယ္တြင္ မိုးသည္းထန္ရာမွ အလြန္သည္းထန္စြာ ရြာသြန္းႏိုင္မည္ျဖစ္ၿပီး၊ အဆိုပါေဒသမ်ားတြင္ ကီလိုမီတာ ၆ဝ ႏွဳန္းအထိ ေလျပင္းတိုက္ခတ္ျခင္းရွိမည္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း သတိေပးထုတ္ျပန္ခ်က္အမွတ္ Bulletin No.: BOB 02/2013/05 ျဖင့္ ထုတ္ျပန္ထားပါသည္။
ေမလ ၃ဝ ရက္ ျမန္မာစံေတာ္ခ်ိန္ ေန႕လည္ ၁၂၃ဝ နာရီအထိ 94B ၏ ညာဘက္ျခမ္းျဖတ္ေက်ာ္ဝင္ေရာက္မည့္ ဘဂၤလားေဒ့ရွ္ကမ္းေျခတြင္ တစ္နာရီ မိုင္ ၄ဝ မွ မိုင္ ၅ဝ အထိ ေလျပင္း တိုက္ခတ္မႈႏွင့္ မိုးသည္းထန္စြာ ရြာသြန္းမႈ တို႕ ဆက္လက္ ျဖစ္ေပၚဦးမည္ ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း GFS ေမာ္ဒယ္မွ ပံုေဖၚခန္႕မွန္းခ်က္အား ေအာက္တြင္ တင္ျပထားပါသည္။

Sub: Depression crossed West Bengal and adjoining Bangladesh coast.
The depression near West Bengal coast moved north-northwestwards and crossed West Bengal coast near lat 21.80N and long 88.70E between 1900-2000 hrs IST and lay centred at 2030 hrs IST of today, the 29th May 2013 over coastal West Bengal and neighbourhood near latitude 22.00N and longitude 88.70E, close to Canning. The system would move north-northwestwards and weaken gradually into a low pressure during next 12 hours.
Under the influence of this system, rainfall at most places with isolated heavy to very heavy falls would occur over Gangetic West Bengal during next 36 hrs. Rainfall at most places with isolated heavy to very heavy falls would occur over Assam, Meghalaya, sub-Himalyan West Bengal & Sikkim and rainfall at many places with isolated heavy falls would occur over Bihar and Jharkhand on 30th and 31st May 2013.
Squally winds speed reaching 40-50 kmph gusting to 60 kmph would prevail along and off West Bengal coast during next 12 hrs. Sea condition will be rough to very rough along and off West Bengal coast during this period.
Fishermen of West Bengal coast are advised not to venture into the sea during next 12 hrs.
