Two themes have been given for the term paper so far. Note that you
will submit eah theme within one week in soft copy to the lecturers e-
mail at ksma...@yahooo.com and skma...@mmust.ac.ke and in one
bound hard copy for all themes at the end of semester.:

Theme 1. Types of Contracts
By developing a matrix of the possible combination of contracts for
(1)Individuals, (2)Group of individuals,(3) Firms and (4) Consortium
of Firms; give an example oin each combintion. for example 3-2 will
be for a contract between a firm and a group of individuals. Example
could be a semester schedule between MMUSt and students of MMUST.
explain for each contract if it is simple or contract under seal. also
indicate who is the offeror and who is the offeree in each case.
Arrange your information in an effective presentation.

Theme 2: Law of Tort
Explain the meaning of law of Tort and give one example in your
discipline for each of the torts that can be committed as discussed in
class. Ensure that your example is not similar to any other.
