Term paper Theme 5: Award of Contract for Generator House.

Four tenderers have bid for the supply and instatllation of three
generator units in a generator house at MMUST. These are:
1) Odhiambo Construction Company
2) Francis Constructions
3) Maisy Internal o Ltd and
4) Your own name Enterprises.

You have been given the prized tenders for each bidder above, Assume
that they have scored the following points on technical evaluation:
Odhiambo Cons Co (14 %), Francis Constructions (12.5 %), Maisy
International Ltd (15.5 %) and your name Co Ltd (14.3 %), carrry out
an analysis of the tenders by carrying out arithmentic checks and
applying any corrections to obtain the corrected tender sums. Then
compute the Fiancial score out of 80% and hence compute the overall
score from which you recommend the award of the tenders. Discuss, is
any, the negative and positive arithmetic errors that may be to the
advantage or disadvantage of the contractor or bidder.

Please note that tenderer number four is yourself as we discussed in
class on 22nd February 2012.
