Qualification:
1. High integrity, trustworthy, attentive to details, hardworking, organized, disciplined, and systematic.
2. Fresh Graduate in D3/S1 in the field of Secretary/Administration/Business Studies/Finance/Supply Chain
3. Good written and verbal English communication and tactful in making business correspondence in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
4. Advance Skill in Microsoft Excel and Excellent skills in Microsoft Office [Words, Power Point and Visio] and computer literate
5. Passionate in working with administration, filing, and data analysis
6. Effective interpersonal skills and communication skills
7. Having an organizational experience is an advantage
Job Description:
1. Assisting Sourcing & Logistics Manager in various procurement reports & analysis [spend analysis, supplier portfolio, category management]
2. Assisting Sourcing & Logistics Manager in setting up sourcing & logistics procedures
3. Establish proper administrative system
4. Preparing proper master data towards SAP system upgrade
