Please can anyone tell me how to unsubscribe, I've tried using the mail address that come with MMUG emails and it gets returned.
All I get is:

Ronald, you should be able to login @ google groups & manage your subscriptions. 
You can also change the settings to send you a 'daily digest' instead of getting every message.
