I have used a health App over three iPads. Moving to a new iPad all the data moved over. Updating my iPad to iOS 26has caused me to loose the App and over a decades data.

Unfortunately I can’t remember it’s name. Everything was entered on one page.

Blood pressure and heart rate.
Weight, hight already in there gave BMI
Blood glucose.
Blood oxygen.
Body temperature.

The most useful feature was its ease of use. The graphs meant no hiding trends. Something my doctor liked. Entering the same info into Health is going to be such a faff I have decided to give up.

Hi David,

If you go into the ‘App Store’ App, and then tap the icon of you (mine is an emoji), and then select ‘Purchase History’, you should see it there and be able to re-download it.

Dilip.

Hi Dilip,

Thank you for the info. I have taken your advice but my purchase history does not go back far enough.

I feel I may still be experiencing the aftermath of Apple changing our user name from @mac,com to @me.com

Regards. Dave Cooper.
