Apple TV &BBC Sign-in

I don't often use the Apple TV box, but recently It's refusing to accept my BBC sign in.

(I was curious about Glasto, honest...)

I get directed to the 6 digit screen, and it will only come up with "Something went wrong, please try again later'.

I've tried restart on the Apple box (tvOS 18.5), to no avail, but not back to factory default, it's such a hassle re-doing the settings.

Any clues, anyone?

iPlayer on Apple TV is still a thing, I use it a lot!

Are you seeing the code on the screen like the attached?

You could remove the iPlayer App on Apple TV and reinstall it, that will clear out most crud.

It could be your BBC account, worth going to https://account.bbc.com/ and making sure your BBC username and password are working.
