Hello fellow toastmasters,

Just like to share with everyone the response from a report on our club by Veteran Ron Newell.

We should look at implementing some new things to help new members, including mentorship program.

How can we make this a much better club?  What system can we put into place?

Your valuable input is appreciated.

Regards,
Sua
