Sub : Phase II Training Program during June (Intensive Placement & Training) - reg
Ref : Email circular on 7th March 2014
CPT has finalized the Phase II Training Program during June 2014 ( Two week) for 2015 passing out Final year students , from 16th to 28th June 2014 ( two weeks ) . CPT is planning to start the campus interviews during July / August 2014 for the 2015 passing out students. .
Based on the the student’s willingness (i.e., majority of the students signed in the format circulated ) , CPT has finalised the training progamme.
Students break-up details :
· Out of 1957 pre final year students ,training opted students are 1594( BTech – 1322, MCA -42 ,Mtech – 201 & MSc – 19 )
· About 578 students opted for option 1 ( one week in May & one week in June ) and about 639 students opted for option 2 ( 16th June to 28th June 2014 ) and about 115 students opted during July 2014
Instructions to the student Participants for the Intensive Training Programme during June 2014 :
· 80 % of attendence during training programme is compulsary to attend the Campus interviews
· Training Programme has been designed to provide complete Package of Career Solutions ( Placement , Higher studies , programme with Corporate HR , opportunities in Govt Sectors , etc., )
· Hostel facilties will be provided to all the participating students from 16th to 28th June 2014
· Students doing Internship , In- Plant Training etc., should register their names to CPT thro respective department IPCs on or before 2nd May 2014 for further execution.
SPOs / IPCs of respective Schools / Departments are requested (i) to inform the students ,
(ii) submit the details of students participation during JUNE 2014 to CPT on or before 8th May 2014 for further planning , execution and arrangments, (iii) to co-ordinate the training programme
