sir can we say that decline phase of one product is the introduction phase of other product in same line.

yes but we can also say that it is time to make some new innovation in over old product to increase over sale.

the decline phase of one product is not responsible for the introduction phase of another product because,at the maturity level there is competition and one product need to protect themselves, face the competition and not allow themselves to decline.

One need not wait that long.Flankers/Fillers can be introduced much earier(say in stable maturity/early maturity stage)
