Hi

I need a huge favor from you guys to get everything done on time please. I have an important appointment scheduled between 10 -12 that day and cannot skip it. During that period, I would appoint my friends on the stall  and will come back at around 12:30 to take over from them

The problem is regarding the initial arrangements, since they are not much aware of the idea and would not be able to do the same on their own. If you could allow me to come at around 9:30 AM so that I could do the basic preps and then my friends will come at 11 and cover for me in the first hour of the stall, that would be really helpful

Please let me know if thats possible, since its difficult for me to leave my class and my friend will not be able to take care of the arrangements herself.

                         'The Best Stall of the day'.

 This year we are introducing this to give you all another great opportunity to express your creativity not only through your cooking but also through the presentation of your items. We think and surely you will agree that this competition will add an extra glamour and spice up the cricket pavilion at Farley Hill on the 22nd June.

You can choose any theme, particular colour, specific style or just simple decoration to go with your item on the sale, its totally up to you. This will be your little touch of beauty, the unique sprinkle of magic which will make you the worthy winner of this competition.

You will be assigned your stall at 10.30 am on the day. The Anand Mela will open at 11.30 am which will give you an hour for your preparations. We do realise that preparing for the food items might be your first priority and so we will not insist on having the fully decorated stall at the start of the event and will be judging during the middle of the afternoon.

So get ready to sizzle our taste buds and dazzle our eyes!!!
