I think, we need a separate mail for Akila, describing our motive about giving her a stall. It can be discussed in today's meeting. 

I am not available for the meeting tonight and so is Snehal. Can rest of the people from fun fair group attend the meeting and discuss this point??

She was asking about food stallls as well. I believe we haven't got any as Mahesh's friend is doing as well. I have mentioned it to her that they are all booked now. Also, it will be a dificult task for her doing the food stall and the henna together.
