Hi All,

Please see the attached and let me know your thoughts by close of Tuesday.

500 of such cards [as we agreed last Sunday], will cost about £14 including delivery.

Idea is each of us hands some of these out to who ever new we come across at workplace or socially. Advantage is once we have handed out the cards, we know for sure that we have tried to reach 500 new people for this event in particular but other MMR events too potentially. Second benefit is the traffic will divert to our website too.

I would have liked the colour for title to be either Red or Orange but that customisation will come at an additional £9!!

Kind regards,
Raghavendra

I do something amazing, you can too.

Hi Raghvenrda,

I really liked this idea of visiting cards. Can we make it little more atttractive like logo of MMR or cricket & funfair pictures (animated or cartoon form)?

I guess that will add extra cost but just thought of making it more catchy......to attract people for the event.

Good idea!! I do not mind either of it, really!!

As this is the first time we are doing something like this, let us keep it simple considering our budget.

Our main motive is to make people aware that there is such an event happening in Reading. So simple cards would do, I think.

But Shweta's point of adding some extra features is also valid.

I am with the majority.

Hi all,
I Feel that advertising using the cards is a good idea, but some more colourful (at least in lawn green colour with a cricket bat on one side and some food (misal pav) on the other side, if that is not too expensive.

Please revert back with the email confirmation of how many cards each one of you will be handing the cards out to unknowns? based on the feedback, we can order less or more cards.
I feel that we should spend only if you we know how many cards can be distributed in remaining time.

I have spread the news to my known friends. I am also planning to announce this tournament in the session by my father on "Upasana Sankalpana" to be delivered on 18/19-May-2013.

I will require 20 cards at max so that I can pin them in the office common area.
Sorry, I will not have time to distribute the cards at public place.

Kind Regards,
Rajesh Deo
