Hi All,

Shall we first wait for Vaishali Rajadhyaksha ( ref Preeti Deo ) and then decide whether to give second stall to Nupur. Because rather than drinks, we need some food items desperately at this stage to make people satisfied.

Hi All,

Yes I do agree with you Anjali.

We should also consider that if all the people so far were to confirmed their stalls, considering Ishan's with soft drinks and Sagar Ashtekar's with milkshakes, we might not have room for Nupur's second stall especially with sarbat and panhe.

 But it is worth considering to give her opportunity to have another food item with the drinks ( to make 2 items ) if she is interested and we have a stall to spare.

In the mean time I will reply to Nupur and mention to her that there are few more enquiries about drink stalls, so will get back to her on that.

Hi,

I agree with you both.

If I look at the excel file, there are 5 stalls for which the invoices are sent and one Shweta's stall making 6 confirmed? We have 4 more stalls remaining. On the remaining stall requests, should we add probability? Raghavendra remembers that Ashtekar's are not that reliable.

Ishan's has shown interest for a cold drink's stall, but we need a confirmation. So we can not entertain Nupur's second stall with  same products. 

It is better to confirm the stalls sooner and secure the money in bank accounts.

Another point: We should talk to Abha before we allocate the last stall to anyone, as they are rethinking!!

It is a great success story until now.
