HIGH IMPORTANCE Cross communication amongst the Groups

Hi,

At the moment, we have three sub-groups. 

Fun Fair - Members are Snehal, Anjali, Maya, Shweta, Rajesh & Sunil

Sponsorship - Members are Me, Preeti, Rahul, Shripad, Rajesh & Sunil

Cricket - Members are Anand, Mahesh, Jayant, Rajesh & Sunil 

What I have observed is when I receive an email that is marked to all these groups, if I click reply-all because I am not a member of Fun Fair or Cricket, I receive an error message highlighting this! So what can I do.....................!!

A solution to this is when I or anyone wants to send a cross message, make sure you mark a copy to mmrcom...@googlegroups.com of which we are all now members. This email is marked in this way. 

The other solution is off course, we become members of all email groups. I hope you all will prefer the first solution rather than the later?

I prefer mmrco...@googlegroups.com for common emails.

If it is internal to the group, keep using the individual group emails.
