Fun fair helpers on the BIG day

Hi All,
We will need someone from the fun fair group, who will be there on the day of program since morning.
In the meeting, we had planned that we will ask the stall holders to come at 10.30am, so that they can have enough time to decorate their stall before the actual sell begins at around 11.30 am.
So it is necessary that someone from the fun fair group is present there to help them with their set up.
As I am not available that day, I was just wondering who will be there from 9.30 am to allocate the tables and help with general fun fair set up.
