Formation of MMRHS ALUMNI

Few of us from various batches attended the very important meeting, including Mr Krishnan from 78 batch, Mr Sunil Krishnan of 80 batch, Mr Harikrishnan 84 batch, Mr Venugopal 85 batch, Mr Hareesh 86 batch, Mr Manjith 86 batch, Mr Mathew 88 batch, myself, Santhosh Babu & Preethi 89 batch, Shalini 94 batch, Mahesh 96 batch, Bibin 08 batch. .. (Hope didn't miss out any names)..
The progress made till now regarding launching of MMRHS Alumni was discussed. .
We all felt we need to move a little faster and move into an action mode at the earliest..
Many points were discussed, the minutes of which has been recorded. .
Major decisions of the meeting are. .
1) Official Launch of MMRHS Alumni to be done on 1st January 2017 Sunday. .
2) Time 3pm to 7pm followed by dinner. .
3) Venue - Hotel Residency Towers
3) Members representing all batches from 74 SSLC to 2016 to be requested to attend. .
4) Formalities for creating bank account to be initiated. .
5) All batches to update details of their batch members in the Google spread sheet. .
6) By 10th December, all batches to confirm the number of members who will attend the 1st Jan launch and complete their registration. .
7) Nominations for Name & Logo to be send to mm...@alumni.com before 31st October. .
These are the important decisions of the highly successful meeting on 16th October 2016.
