Dear Friends,

Good Morning. .

We had a meeting yesterday to take decisions regarding the 1st Jan event to launch MMRHS Alumni..

23 of us attended the meeting. .

It was a 3 hours deleberations where many details got discussed. .

We met at Hotel Aramana near Bakery Junction.

The decisions taken are..

1) Registration for attending the 1st Jan event closes on 30th November.

2) Registration fee fixed as Rs 1000/- per head. .

3) Registration to be done by remitting the registration fee to the account, details of which will be provided in a day or two. All those who are remitting any amount may please send a mail to mm...@alumni.com .

A Google Spread sheet will also be provided where those who make the payment can update their details. . This is very much needed for issuing receipts and for accounting purpose. .

4) Those who want to contribute more may kindly do so. . Those who may not be able to personally be present there, but still would like to support this noble initiative may also please support the event by remitting your contribution to the account being provided. .

5) 74 batch members to be honoured in the 1st Jan event. . All of them (maximum possible) to be contacted within a week's time. . Gopi will get the details. .. 74 batch had 14 members only. .

6) Roll Number One of the school, Smt Sreedevi madam, who was also school topper of 74 batch will launch the "MMRHS Alumni" by launching the logo. .

7) Last date for submission of entries for logo and a name for MMRHS Alumni to be extended till 15th November. .

8) Arun of 95 batch will help us with the event management of the 1st Jan programme. .

9) 3pm to 7pm on 1st Jan 2017 followed by dinner

10) First one hour will be the official launch programme cum honouring of 74 batch

11) Logo, membership drive, mega event in July / August, draft byelaw. .. All to be launched on 1st Jan. ..

12) We will have a one hour break after the launch function where all of us can get to know each other. .

13) There will be a 2 to 3 hours entertainment programme led by Arun's team during which many activities involving the participants will also be organised. .

14) The entire event will be a live wire programme which will set the tone for a real mega alumni meet in July / August 2017. .

15) The framework of an organizational structure will be launched, details of which will be included in the draft byelaw and the Alumni Association in its complete form will get formed during the mega event in July / August 2017. .

16) A video teaser will be created by Arun within 10 days. . All batches to support him with whatever photos and videos they have. .

17) Requesting all friends across all batches to send all old photos (schools photos, precious moments during school life, school tour photos, teachers' photos, recent get together photos, videos if any etc to mm...@alumni.com before 5th November. .

18) A news in the newspapers will be published next weekend announcing this launch. . A contact number will be provided where those interested can give a call. .

19) Invitation letters will be printed and softcopy provided to all batches. . 74 batch members will be personally invited with hardcopies of the same. . No registration fee from 74 batch who are our guests of honour. .

20) Coordinators from each batch who can support this initiative to be contacted regularly.. Their support is very much important for the success of the launch programme. .
