Dear Bloggers:
I am writing today because I want to URGE you with everything within me to stay on top of this Justin Berry story. This is a HUGE story, and one that deserves our attention and focus on a daily basis.
Millions of children are being abused. Millions of adult perverts who are doing these heinous crimes need to be caught, and given the death penalty. Laws need to be changed and ENFORCED and our government needs to be held accountable.
If you are like me, then you are not shocked one bit to find a pedophile that has just been busted in "Homeland Security". These villians are relentless, evil personified and need to be hung out and exposed for the inhumane excuse of a human being they are.
And maybe you feel what I am saying is way too harsh, but I can tell you, as someone who was victimized as a child - had pictures taken of me, as a child, and has walked through the years of recovery it takes to overcome such abuse, that neither the death penalty or saying these scum are evil personified is coming close to accurate.
In America, the real victims are often revictimized by the media, government and yes, even the Church. In fact, make no mistake about it, there are child predators in your church sitting right next to you on Sunday morning, and they get away with it because people are too afraid to get involved.
Even though I've only been doing therapy about 4 years, I can also tell you that the destruction is beyond what you think it is. People who have been victimized as children, have lost their innocence, been betrayed and lost a sense of trust, have their relationships destroyed and it carries into every aspect of their lives.
NOW is the time for you and I to make a difference. Join me in blogging about this issue on a daily basis. Join me in exposing this evil on a daily basis. Do not let this story go, because it is more important to the future of this nation then basic politics or media bias. These children who are being victimized, raped, sodomized etc, are the FUTURE adults in this country, and we need to stand together as the current adults, in media, to speak in their defense.
I believe we were all called for such a time as this. Please do not miss your opportunity to be a voice for those who can not yet speak.
