Hello Everyone, 

Hope everyone is doing well and is safe.  I just wanted to touch base with all of the MMRA Teams about concessions for the 2021 KKO.

After talking with Bob & Chelsea about all the restrictions and layout for food this year, I wanted to let you know that I will be running it with only Stephanie and her HOC volunteers this year.

We are limited only to prepackaged food and beverage items for this event and are NOT doing any pre-ordered food orders.

Big Mo & the House of Cards will be running concessions as I do not see the need for the amount of volunteers we have at a “normal” event.

If you haven’t heard, I will not be there due to my daughter is getting married Sept. 18, 2021 so I am only available for set up and bringing the traps over.

Stephanie and her team have agreed to do all set up and take down since she and I have worked closely together the past 4 years on this, it seemed like the right decision.

With all of the other changes pertaining to KU, KKO and the Covid Protocols for every aspect of this event and other events, I know you will all understand this decision.

Looking forward to Kettering District Week 1 & 2 and for some normalcy
