Teams,
WHO: All MMRA Teams, including those that usually don't send concessions volunteers
WHO CAN VOLUNTEER: Volunteers must be ADULTS that are comfortable with the duties listed above. These stations will be outdoors, under a tent, but will require the volunteers to come into contact with (masked) people, at a distance of less than 6 feet.
On our Kettering Kickoff Planning Committee Call, we decided to provide volunteers to help collect paperwork, do temperature checks and apply wristbands at the two Check-in stations, in lieu of providing concessions volunteers for Kettering Kickoff (since there won't be concessions). WE NEED EVERY TEAM TO PITCH IN!
WHO: All MMRA Teams, including those that usually don't send concessions volunteers
WHAT: TWO volunteers from each Team.
WHEN: Saturday, September 18 and/or September 19, 2021 (choose one or both days).
WHY: We aren't doing concessions, so we need to help out another way

Please ask your volunteers to sign up by September 15, so Bob can supplement with Kettering staff if absolutely necessary.

HOC will be doing the entire concessions but I will try to get you volunteers for Saturday..
What time do you need them? Do you already have a list going?
Just so I can see what times my team is available to help you too 😁
