Districts creation question

Hello

I am completely new here and had a couple of questions.

We're using Google maps API to find specific districts when looking up an address and noticed that there are many districts missing in Montreal, Quebec.

I'd like to add the district boundaries and I imagine that these changes will go through a thorough moderation process.

But while it's being verified by a moderator is it possible to have some kind of a private repository associated with our account. So when we enter a specific long/lat coordinates

it will check them against our repository and if it matches a district it will tell us what the district is.

When you adding a place on Google Map it will be waiting for moderation by RL or GG and it could take up to 24h to show up on GM if it approved
