The Food Committee suggested the below menu and quoted by Jojie as Php 235/pax.

Carbonara
Chicken Lollipop
Sandwich
Crackers with toppings
Turon with Langka
Assorted Kakanin
Fruits (Fruit cocktail)
Ice Tea

Inclusive of the ff:
Cocktail tables with flower arrangement, waiter and food attendant service, complete Chinaware, flatware and glassware.

I eat almost everything kaya ok sa akin yung menu.  Is Php235/person too big ba?  Just worried it might be too expensive since we are targeting 200 pax.

Just as long as no plastic, paper products to be thrown away or used, ok na.

I Agree Jewel.. let us remove the pasta and chicken.

More on Siomai and small sandwiches na lang. Kung me pasta man, siguro pancit  guisado kung di masisira.

Guys, i think masyado mahal quotation. Gagayahin na lang ni Eric yung menu nung mga brother nya last time. Yung 10K yung subsidy ng school for the food.so pwede kahit mga pasta,sandwhiches, etc nating gastusin yun. tapos yung mga dimsum (siopao, simai, etc)ipapaluto na lang daw ni eric sa kanila. parang mga 6K lang daw nagastos ng mga bro nya. tapos ang dami pa ng food nun (dami din nakain ni Au and Cia nun)

Great idea Eric! Why you are not suggesting, si Harold pa spokeperson mo he..he..he.. para alam nmin galing sayo.

Ask ko kung pwede sa catering yung budget na Php 50/head (anung food ang pwede) para magkaroon lang tau ng cocktail tables, server, plates etc.

oo, let's be prudent sa food.  what we will ask from admin na Php10K subsidy is primarily for food expenses.  we can lessen it through sponsorship. and we don't want na madaming matatapon na food. baka overflowing na tayo if ever.
