Money Manager Ex 0.7.0.6 (Development Release) released

Important Note: This release is a development release and can be
unstable. Some significant amount of code has been rewritten to improve
performance. So if you are going to upgrade to this version, please
make sure you have a backup first. But feel free to test it and provide
feedback. Once the release is deemed more stable, there will be a new
stable build based off this version.

- Fixed bug with importing from QIF when languages other than english

- Added transaction number search ability in transaction filter report
