Reading through the poems of Robert Frost, what themes and ideas does
he seem interested in? How would you describe his poetry? Which
poems interest you the most, and why?

Robert Frost is a gifted poet with versatility in his works. He
doesn't focus on a particular theme. From works such as, "The turf of
flowers," "Home Burial" and "After Apple picking," we observe how he
usually uses scenarios to convey his message to the audience.
"Birches" was a poem that really caught my attention. I like the
terminology he uses, when he describes climbing a tree and then coming
back, as in, leaving the earth and then coming back. Sometimes people
need to get away from the everyday routine and give themselves some
space to reflect.

Rober Frost is a very gifted poet. I enjoyed all of the poems that i
read. He seems to use many different themes in his writings. My
favorite out of the poems we had to read was "Home Burial". "Home
Burial" was about a husband and wife who lost their child. The whole
scene takes place on a staircase. The wife is at the top looking out
a window that looks in the backyard where their child is burried.
"Home Burial" is a narrative poem about love, desire, and grief.

I think that Robert Frost does not really have one particular thing
that he focuses on. Some of his poetry is about life and death and
others are about nature. His poetry is very interesting and i guess it
teaches a lesson. "Home Burial" interest me the most because of how
the wife wanted to leave the man because she thought that he did not
care about the death of their son the way she did.

Robert Frost's poems seem to be usually focused on a single subject,
feeling, or idea. I find that these subjects can be hard to discover
and interpretation can very difficult, but after you are able to see
and read past the literal and put yourself into the metaphorical, they
become a bit clearer. I personally enjoyed was home burial. It had a
clear idea that I could decipher quickly. I understood from the
beginning, a woman looks out of the window out at a family burial
ground where her son is buried. The conflict arises when she confronts
the husband about expressing his feelings. He does not openly express
grief, rather he just works or does something constrictive.

"Home Burial" was one of Frost's writing that I enjoyed the most. The
wife didnt think he cared about the son and his death. Frost's
writings where about life and death. Some where about nature and the
surroundings that most dont care about or take for granted. I enjoyed
these writings cause they actually had somewhat of a meaning to them.

his versatality is what interest me most because he hits many subjects
and does it in a way the reader can understand without busting a vein
in his head. Also "Home Burial" is the one I am liking most because it
makes y ou feel the drama with the wifes pain and how she feels bout
her childs death.

Frost doesn't write on one topic, but in the poems he talks about
death. The poem that i like or interest me was home buried. It shows
how couples today deal with death, how the wife is more emotional and
shows her feelings and the man doesn't really show his feelings

I really like Robert Frost. I think he is one of the greatest poets
that I have ever read and I really like the ideas and themes that he
portrays to his readers. He is outspoken and unique and it shows in
some of his poems..such as Home Burial and After Apple Picking.
Sometimes they are difficult to understand, but most of them have a
deeper meaning. The reader just has to search for it. I think I liked
Birches the best however because he uses great descriptions of the
trees and analogies.

Robert Frost is a man that uses things that he sees to talk about in a
poem. He uses scenerios alot in the peoms that he writes and makes
really good sense out of alot of his poems to where most people would
never understand the meaning. The poem that i liked the most was
Birches. I liked it because he lets people know what it would kind of
feel like to see things from the outside in and not just the inside
out. I enjoyed his poems -Malone

I really like reading poems form Robert Frost. He is very interesting.
I really like how he is opened minded, he don't really focus on
anything. He uses his mind and imagination to write these great works.
he is the type of poet that makes readers want to read. He keeps the
read focused and he doesn't difted off about something that makes no
sense at all.

he has a postive and lively attitude in all his works. focusing on
nature and how good it is to leave society to get away sometimes and
be yourself to go over yourself and enjoy nature.
