Dear Conference Secretariat / Organizing Committee,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am one of the authors of the paper titled:

“StgcDiff: Spatial-Temporal Graph Condition Diffusion for Sign Language Transition Generation”
(as listed as the 3rd paper on the MMGR 2025 conference website: https://videorelation.nextcenter.org/MMGR2025/)

While our paper is publicly listed on the site, I have not yet received an official email confirmation of acceptance. I also noticed that several other authors in the group have raised similar concerns and have not yet received updates. This is worrying, as I need to plan my travel to the conference venue in Ireland and begin my visa application process.

The notification for the accepted papers was due on August 1st. Could you please let me know when I can expect to receive an update on this?

To proceed, I kindly request you to provide the official invitation letter on conference letterhead, including:

My full name and passport number (I can share my passport details upon request)
The conference name, venue, and dates
Confirmation that I am a registered presenter of an accepted paper

Given that Irish visa processing can take 4–6 weeks, receiving both the acceptance confirmation and invitation letter at the earliest would be greatly appreciated.
