Dear Workshop Chairs,

We received the trailing mail related to  Workshop Fast-Track Transfer. Accordingly, we submitted the request to transfer our paper to "(MMGR ’25) 3rd International Workshop on Deep Multimodal Generation and Retrieval." However, we have not received any further communication related to this. Hence, we request you to provide the status of our submission at the earliest. It will allow us to make a submission to the other venue (if required) whose deadline is approaching fast.

Regards,

Shiv

Dear Shiv Gehlot,

This message is a follow-up to the ACM Multimedia 2025 decision announcement email you received recently regarding your paper:

5390, LViCAR: Diffusion Models for Perceptual Quality Enhancement in Video Compression Artifact Reduction

We understand that you may be disappointed by this result. However, based on the review scores, we believe that your paper is suitable for a fast-track submission to one of the accepted workshops at ACM MM’25.

This fast-track option allows you to transfer your paper directly to a workshop, provided that:

  • You submit a request via the form down below, and
  • The workshop organizers agree that your paper fits within the scope of their event.

Please note that no new peer review will be conducted for fast-track transfers - only a light review and suitability check by the respective workshop organizers.

If you wish to take advantage of this opportunity, please fill out the following form by July 11, 2025, 23:59 AoE:
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfxV9BErgX6a99wL_kqQl9WnBjVc-dNRfE13RFzSH7kH9lt4g/viewform?usp=dialog

Thank you for your contribution, and we hope to see your work featured at one of the ACM MM’25 workshops.

Best regards,

ACM Multimedia 2025 General Chairs and TPC Chairs
