Respected Chairs / ACM MMGR Organizers,

Thank you for confirming our paper’s acceptance and instructing us to wait for the camera-ready submission (due on Aug 11th). We have received the acceptance email and have noted our paper’s details listed on the official site:

Paper #7 – "Mamba-Based Multimodal Continual Learning for Audio-Visual Classification with Prototype-Enhanced Anti-Forgetting Mechanism"
(Reference: MMGR 2025 – Accepted Papers)

We are now ready to register for the full conference as authors (our paper is part of one of the workshops). However, we have not received the paper ID required for the registration form, which is preventing us from completing the process.

The deadlines on the website have already passed, and the lack of response and guidance from the organizing team is causing serious concern. We have been following up repeatedly, but there has been no concrete direction. This continued delay is directly impacting our planning, travel, and ability to confirm attendance.

We urgently request that you:

Provide the paper ID for our accepted workshop paper.
Guide us through the correct registration process for authors in our position.

We are prepared to complete the registration process immediately ASAP once we have the required details. Therefore, a prompt and clear response is essential to avoid further disruption.

Finally, we kindly request that our email IDs not be blocked or flagged, as such actions would be unnecessarily harsh and counterproductive.

We look forward to your urgent guidance so we can fulfill all requirements without further delay.
