Request for Guidance on Registration Process for Accepted Paper

Hi MMGR 2025 Organizing Committee,

I hope this message finds you well.

Our paper titled “AMR-CSI: Adaptive Multimodal RAG for Cold Start Indexing” has been accepted for presentation at the MMGR 2025 workshop. I intend to attend the event in person and am preparing to proceed with early bird registration, which closes on August 21, 2025.

However, we have not yet received the paper ID or specific author registration instructions. Could you please guide us through the next steps for registration as authors, so that we can complete the process before the early bird deadline?

We are also planning to apply for a visa to attend the conference, which typically requires sufficient processing time. Having the registration confirmation and related details early would greatly help us in completing the visa process on time.  

Additionally, could you clarify if registration should be completed before or after the camera-ready submission?

Your guidance at the earliest would be greatly appreciated so we can move forward without missing the deadline.
