Dear MMGR organizers,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am interested in submitting a demo paper to the MMGR workshop. However, I noticed a discrepancy regarding the submission deadline: the workshop website states the deadline is July 11, while the OpenReview submission page lists it as July 21 https://openreview.net/group?id=acmmm.org%2FACMMM%2F2025%2FWorkshop%2FMMGR#tab-recent-activity. Could you please confirm whether submissions are still open?

Additionally, I have a question regarding the eligibility of demo papers. Suppose the idea has previously appeared on arXiv but has not been published in any peer-reviewed venue, and I'd like to demonstrate its practical implementation (especially since the original arXiv paper does not include code). Would this be considered a valid demo submission?
