Dear ACM MMGR Organizers,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am writing as one of the co-authors of the paper titled "Mamba-Based Multimodal Continual Learning for Audio-Visual Classification with Prototype-Enhanced Anti-Forgetting Mechanism", which is currently listed as accepted on the official MMGR 2025 website (https://videorelation.nextcenter.org/MMGR2025/).

However, none of the authors have received any official acceptance notification email for our paper. With the camera-ready submission deadline approaching rapidly (August 11, 2025 AoE), we are concerned that we have not been able to locate the submission portal for our camera-ready version.

Our urgent requests are:

  1. To receive the official paper acceptance notification email
  2. To be provided with the camera-ready submission portal link and instructions

Given that the deadline is tomorrow, we would greatly appreciate your immediate assistance in resolving this matter. We are fully prepared to submit our camera-ready version as soon as we receive the proper instructions and access.

Thank you very much for your prompt attention to this urgent matter.

Best regards,

Xinru Ying

This situation is unacceptable, especially given that the list of accepted papers is already public on the official MMGR2025 website (https://videorelation.nextcenter.org/MMGR2025/#pc).

Authors have invested months of effort, research, and preparation into their work, only to face complete silence from the organizers at the most critical stage. There has been no official acceptance notification, no camera-ready submission instructions, and no response from the provided support email or phone contacts — despite multiple attempts to reach out.

With the August 11 (AoE) camera-ready deadline almost here, this lack of communication from both the organizing committee and the conference support team is not only negligent but also jeopardizes our ability to participate. This reflects poorly on the conference’s professionalism and risks damaging its reputation among the research community.

We would like for the committee to immediately send official acceptance confirmations, provide the camera-ready submission portal and instructions, and outline the registration process without further delay. Any continued silence will be seen as a disregard for the time, resources, and trust invested by all accepted authors.
