Hope all the photoshoots went well. A few reminders:

• Plan and host the thanksgiving dinner/lunch for your department faculty ASAP.
• Get in touch with the 2nd year CR for the best dates for the branch farewell.
• Check all the degree photos of your class in the Examination Section.
• Collect the filled Convocation Forms and arrange roll-number wise. Submit it to the Examination Section before 25th March along with A4 sized self-addressed cloth enveloped with a Rs. 32 stamp for every person.
• Please get in touch with the Team Smriti members of yoru class, and send in some 20 photos of your class on trips and treats. This is for the Smriti book Branch Collage. Make sure that every person's face appears atleast once in the 20 photos. Mail the same by Sunday evening to Joyraj/ Shshank/ Viji.
• The last working day of the academic year is April 15th. The Dean - Academic will not allow any exams before that. But from 16th April, any exam can be conducted. therefore, if anyone from your class is appearing for the Army/ Air Force/ Navy recruitments  and want their exam shifted, they can do so with the approval of the concerned HOD and professor, as long as it is after April 15th.
• Get the Smriti video made for you class !!!
