Change in the NI menu for SGR

Dear JC,

 I came to about the menu change for the SGR NI mess lately. I want to know how and why the menu is changed without considering the majority MMCC members' (dining in SGT) opinion on it? Why there was no formal approval meeting or discussion on the menu of SGR NI mess? Implementation of the small changes after the discussion with Mr. Vinu and SGR managers is fine but sudden menu change is serious issue.

 I do not feel this is a proper way to bring the changes in the menu when most of the associated MMCC members are completely unaware of it. I advise you to revert the menu back to the previous one and call for the menu discussion meeting to take the constructive decision. Let me know if I am missing on some point here.

Dear JC,

 I believe you are back and have taken the charges again. Please arrange the menu discussion meeting as soon as possible as you promised. Last time there was no formal communication regarding starting of NI mess (SGR) and menu change in that. This lack of communication has already done harm in the form of misunderstanding among the MMCC members and unnecessary change-unchange in the menu. I hope you understand the issue and would take action immediately making sure that hence forth there would not be any space for lack of communication (at least among MMCC members).

Dear all, 

We will have our menu discussion meeting tomorrow (11/6/14) at 2PM at himalaya second floor. I request all the North Indian representatives to attend the meeting without fail. We will be finalising a menu which will be operated for the rest of the vacations.

Thanks for timely decision JC. 

 I want to add one more point. Many of the mmc members and I were unaware of the last meeting held for the NI menu. Many of the changes Akhil and fellow mmc members proposed were looking good. Keeping this in mind, the new menu can be finalized keeping recently proposed modification as a reference. This will save time as little menu tweaking may also do the job.
